  • I’ve been part of open source communities for over 25 years, and I believe successful products are built when likeminded people come together, share ideas and build. This is our goal.
  • To achieve this goal of building a community of likeminded people, we offer a free tier that provides unlimited users and all functionality. We also offer an open source package, under the fair code license.
  • We want to be fully open & transparent with pricing, explaining the reasons behind every pricing choice, in Discord and in the open.
  • This doesn’t mean we will always get this right, but we will always do our best to balance community with success.
  • When a feature costs us a lot to run, we will make the decision of whether we can afford to give that to the community or add it to a paid tier (we still need money to pay people & continue building great things).
  • We don't price on capability. We price on organisational need.
